Dmytro didn't enter the student mobility market as an outsider — he built the infrastructure himself, from both ends. He started on the Ukrainian side: launching der Hammer language school, running DyvysCamp educational tours to Austria, and developing the pre-departure pipeline that hundreds of students have gone through. He knows exactly what happens at every stage before a student boards a plane.

On the Austrian side, he established Bildungshorizonte as the legal and operational entity on the ground — handling housing, registration, legal support, and local onboarding. He built partner relationships with Erste Bank, OEAD, ÖSD, and others not through referrals, but through years of operational work. He knows which problems agencies encounter because he solved them first himself.

The result is a system that works because it was designed from real experience — not theory. When partners join Look Abroad, they're accessing infrastructure that has been stress-tested, refined, and already running at volume across two countries.
